The Carter's CEO spoke in glowing terms about their 3rd party e-commerce provider when discussing the growth potential overseas. He even spoke of this 3rd party as the provider for major brands across the world. Of course he meant PFSW. Carter's brought fulfillment in-house to save as much as 35%. PFSW did a wonderful job for them and you can't blame them for bringing some functions in-house. But the international business will still be done by CRI and that is just ramping up with $1MM in sales in CRI's recent q3. The sites just rolled out in q2. Brazil, China, Japan, etc.
It is all about margins, but the revenues from service side should be strong for PFSW in q3. Loss of Carter's fulfillment will need to be picked up elsewhere in q4, but volumes should allow for some nice leverage.
I also find it hard to believe that PFSW would go to these conferences only to put up an average quarter. I still believe they are due for a surprise to the upside in q3.
Kraft announcement still hanging out there as well.
