    BOD needs to respond

Independent director needs to make a response or I bet a new filing will be made to remove the entire slate of board. Not quite sure who they think they are by not responding but I would rather work with my largest shareholders then risk lawsuits, loss of salaries and perks and unemployment for the chairman of the board. They are going to blowout 4th quarter numbers also but the sale of the entire company would be fairly easy for an IBM or DWRE or ORCL o DRIV for up to $10 share!!!

    • hey lowl...I just noticed the filing last week and the letter to the BOD from the largest shareholder. I am surprised there has been no response at all. The largest shareholder has been supportive of the company and deserves some response.

As for the 4Q, it very well may be a blowout, but it will have to be a blowout with Carter's fulfillment business which left in August. I believe Carter's was the #1 client of PFSW. Q4 was very good for e-commerce, and the FNP brands seemed fine, especially Kate Spade, but the quarter will have to be made with the other clients. Probably so, but I don't think it is a slam dunk. The forecast for Q4 certainly did not appear to anticipate a blowout.

Lastly, it may mean nothing, but it seems that each new client launch that is announced by DWRE has an implementer other than PFSW. Maybe PFSW just does the big ones. No idea.

Best hope here is for a third party to come aboard.

    • I think PFSW has big trick up there sleeve. DWRW is smart they chooze to buy company. If you do not take advantage of low volume, you are burnt. I smell burning shorts. I think $4 by tomorrow in the morning.
