I agree with you completely on the short side. Mr. Newburg could be Jack Welch for all I care. Nobody, no matter what kind of business genius, would be able to take the severely crippled plateform handed Mr. Newburg and do anything with it.
Having said that I do believe this stock is so thinly traded and so manipulated that it will pay to be disciplined when establishing shorts. It's easy, IMO, to envision this stock doubling from here based on thin air (not fundamentals) and if it does then the risk/reward from the short side gets really, really compelling. Anyway you cut it, though, this POS is a 'classic' short! Wheeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
