    • Of course not, because your vestal virgin shfl will be unable to maintain its margins and its special exclusive 'king of the hill' image. Well, don't look now bob, but the hill is starting to get a little lower :)

Yea VNX is gonna knock SHFL off the hill..Except they are gonna do it the long way around..They are digging down to go through the other side & come out on top <ggg>

    • Yeah, CONsistently wrong. Read this ScamMan post for a real belly laugh (at his expense). (LOL)

      Go SHFL!

The pure beauty of your folly bob, is that you're so darned consistent. Its not the fact that you're so absolutely wrong on all counts...its that you're so darned stubbornly wrong. How much proof you will need to realize your score of zero on this remains to be seen, but you'll see it soon enough.

Meanwhile, just for grins... lets say that its been fun, and I'll miss having your ridicule to deal with.

      :)..

      But til then, try this...
      open your eyes!
      open your ears!
and for Pete's sake as well as yours and pjv's,
use that noggin you've got to do something with, other than dwell in the ever more irrelevant past. Financial balance sheets.. .thats a joke bob... and you know it.. but you dont want to admit how quickly things can and do change now, do you?

    • Gosh.

I'd hate to think I might have made you choke to death. That'd be such a loss.

      Go SHFL!

    • Well now, 'pathetic swindler' isnt quite up to your level of venom, but its good enough.

Im smiling so wide at the moment, my face is almost gonna break... uh oh, there go the hiccups bob, and YOU"RE responsible...

Good Lord give me the peace to calm down and enjoy dinner... and remind me to say a prayer for those who know so little about the corporate world of reality.

Pretending is something I'll never do, but looks like you'll also have to learn that the hard way.

Now the Registrars Office has just informed me that you've not paid for any of my lecture classes!
      Is that true bobsssss?
      I'm soooooo disappointed:(

      Oh, before I forget,
      Regards,

    • >>Financial balance sheets...that's a joke bob...but you don't want to admit how quickly things can and do change...<<

More spin from the expert. What he fails to mention is the fact that VNX just a few weeks ago gave away 3 million warrants at $1.25/share. The ScamMan can pretend this didn't happen or that it isn't highly dilutive, but he might as well try convincing us he has a conscience.

If things are going to "change" so damn quickly then why would a genius like Newburg give away 3 million warrants at $1.25? Is that a sign of a company operating from strength, or of a company acting out of desperation? For the moronic "C" boys this is what is known as a "rhetorical question" i.e., one that doesn't need answering the answer is so blatantly obvious.

Let me close with the following response to ScamMan's usual bullshit: (LOL) You're a pathetic swindler and you know it. (ROFLOL)

I'd guess ScamMan was an extremely successful swindler, without a conscience, and with a lot of poorer ex-clients because he spins it good.

He'll never address the balance sheet and dilution issues Pjv and I have brought up. He'll twist these unavoidable issues with the typical swindler bag of tricks just as he's done with today's posts, and just as he's done everytime he's pressed on these issues.

As Pjv mentioned earlier today it really doesn't matter how good or bad a businessman Newbrug is when he's handed an unmanageable balance sheet which is what he's been handed at VNX. It's no skin off of my back, but the truth of the matter has to be that Newbrug needed a job to have chosen to work at VNX, and/or he doesn't know how to read a balance sheet otherwise he would have never taken the job in the first place. I'd guess it's the former circumstance and not the later that led him to his current place of employment.

ScamMan can try changing/masking/spinning the subject forever but VNX's slow grind toward bankruptcy is inevtiable. It will happen. If it happens from higher stock prices which appears to be the case then that's more fodder for the shorts. In any case, it's simply a matter of time and anyone who is a seasoned player in the stock market knows time is your friend if you're patient and do your due diligence.

It will be a happy day when VNX goes under and a long time coming.

      (LOL)

    • u really want to 'know' my thoughts?

Ok, first of all is.. how ridiculous it is to try to reason with someone who is so preoccupied with the past and irrelevant details that it HURTS !

second, when you continue to NOT LISTEN...how the hell am I SUPPOSED to feel when you just absorb like a sponge and dont react to what I actually say?

third, I keep trying to remind myself that you're probably a fine upstanding person with no malice, personal or professional against me or what I'm saying...

fourth, since you've engaged me and others in this discussion in a rather 'acidic' manner, I'm working extra hard at being careful to be precise, and would appreciate the same from you.

fifth, unlike what you appear to believe, I don't pick up the phone and call the ceo at the drop of a hat. In fact, though you'll likely not want to believe it, I've spoken with him ONCE since the G2E, and very briefly at that. Mark Newburg doesnt need my input or interruptions.

sixth, no, litigation is rather silly. I'll let my words speak for themselves and be satisfied with being proved correct by the market action and the talents of those in whom I invest. (although its really very nice to be able to have discourse in polite english)

seventh, there is apparently a wide gap between how you and I do dd. We all have different styles and talents. Yours works for you, mine certainly works for me.

eighth, yes and no. Some of what Shfl has is great, however, vnx tops them in certain areas, and will be doing so even more as time goes by.

ninth, even if shfl gave its shufflers away free... what you're missing is the impact of what VNX is doing that is 'non-shuffler' related. Other than that, I doubt even shfl's attorneys want to take on vnx in such a situation as you describe.
The fact that you continue to refer to vnx products as 'junk' is a point I seriously doubt I'll have to deal with for much longer.

Well, this has been one of those 'some are just a lot better than other' days.

      Take care,
      Cranberryvino

    • Why can't you just pick up your direct line to the CEO & find out what version it is?

Oops are we still suing people over this topic?

i don't see how you guys see light at the end of the tunnel just because the CEO promises it..

Loos to me like your digging in the wrong direction with a spoon..

Do you even admit that Shufflemaster has better products ,albeit higher priced?

I wouldn't like it at all to my portfolio but it would be disasterous to VNX holders if Shufflemaster just lowered prices to VNX levels if VNX ever had a product that wasn't junk...

what are your thoughts on this?
