Since we both use the Magellan RFID chip in the manufacturing process, I guess the question becomes, as a player, do you like the feel of plastic vs/ composite clay?
FWIW, GPIC also offers a plastic chip line (Bud Jones).
When VNX wins a sale that is not a "Melco brother in law" sale (both sales) or a sale where the product is damn near given away for free like in the first sale, then we can determine the competitiveness of VNX as a chip manufacturer.
Until then, I'll be waiting for the first quarter where VNX is able to generate a positive bottom line through the sale of product.
Coticalchatter, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but they said cash flow positive last year. If I also remember correctly they said 12 million was the break even point in 2006. Am I hearing correctly and that number is now up to 18 million?
I dont remember the cash flow positive comment. I remember
uh, uh, uh, well, well, if, uh, all goes, uh, uh according to plan, uh, uh, ummm, uh,, then we, uh, uh, may uh, uh, and then I was laughing too hard and couldn't hear the rest. Good luck with your investment here, I just have heard the same things over and over again for the last 3 years and nothing but millions in losses.
Begin listening to Fred and President Newburg 32:30 into the call. President Newburg says that $20 million in revenue will not be a slam dunk. Then, he says that $20 million will get them to cash flow neutral.
