    glycerol phenylbutyrate????...

...seriously?...did anyone pay attention to the fact that HPTX "acquired the rights" to "RAVICTI(TM)" from "Ucyclyd Pharma" -- a subsidiary of Medicis(MRX)?...

...and that MRX had paid a whopping 23 million dollars for Ucyclyd back in 1999 in order to acquire the rights to -- guess what?...that's right -- glycerol phenylbutyrate!!!...

...let's see that was 14 YEARS ago!...and who knows how long Ucyclyd had been working on it before that?!...

...note also that the patient population that would benefit from the drug is not exactly huge -- it is usedto scavenge ammonia in urea cycle disorders and hepatic encephalopathy...

...so you've got HPTX developing a drug that MRX paid only 23 million for and who then DUMPED it 13 YEARS later and which has an extremely limited customer base and NOW the market hinks it's worth a cap of over 300 million dollars?...

...get REAL!!...MRX knew EXACTLY what they were doing when they dumped the drug...what more can I say except "SELL"!...HAW, HAW, HAW!!!!...

    Sentiment: Strong Sell
