    no_slappz:

I would like for you to reread messages #1315 and #1317.

SFP closed Friday at $1.49 per share. Yahoo says the market cap is now about $17 million. Is it still a buy? Like CVC it has paid all of its bills, as far as I know. Does that make it a "viable entity"?

My contention regarding CVC and SFP is that the financial statements hint at what the "companies" are worth and the market says what it thinks the "stocks" are worth. The market's perception of SPF changed dramatically when it "confessed" by reporting the big loss. I maintain the same thing would happen to CVC if it would write off the $3 billion of intangibles on its balance sheet that clearly have no value. To date the market still believes what it wants to believe despite the enormous accumulated losses reported by the companies and certified by their outside auditors.

They will rue the error of their ways some day.
