This article (from Dec 09) anticpates the FDA would not accept the data as complete and they expected the result to be the request for a new trial. The FDA found the filing complete and accepted it. Interesting twist from 10 months ago.
So looking back, this says that if we get by the acceptance, the risk is lower as the sample size must have been acceptable...interesting.
