With the dilution price announced at $0.95, how is anyone selling at these levels?
Someone sold shares for $0.87? I don't get it. That's 8.42% lower than the offering price. Why would anyone who was long this stock before now think that selling at $0.87 is a good idea? I truly don't understand the reasoning in the slightest.
company's selling new shares more warrants at 0,95$ not only shares,so 0.95 isn't the price of share but the pps of share + warrant, would you buy for 0.95 shares in the open market when underwriters have bought ot subscribed and tryng to sell shares + warrant for the same amount?
