Congrats!. Don't ask any questions. Do the opposite of what Tom suggests, stay away from SGMS and you'll be fine. Thank whomever that it wasn't a stock swap deal and you have no choice but to make some $$. SGMS is able to borrow money at high interest rates, that's where the money comes from.
