    Believe a few of the big institutional holders in this one have been buried for about 5 years at a cost basis of $4-$5 per share. A $4 per share take out would be cold comfort to them. Without liquidity they have no exit strategy other than your scenario, but I assume they would want a much higher price. Then again, you can't look back; any significant premium to market value would have to be considered. Still, if you got $4 to $4.50 per share and had to record a loss, it would sting a bit. Remember, nobody in management is going to be able to retire on $4 a share either. Run it to $7-10, and take a 50% premium to that price would be the right scenario.
