POZEN Inc. Message Board

    Any Replies?

Those who sent a message to the company, have you received a reply? I haven't.

Shareholders who haven't sent a message, you should send one. No shareholder should be happy with this stock at anything under $4. It should be trading at $5+, but anything under $4 is ridiculous.

    • Can some body of you Longs who did already send e-mail to the CFO/CEO of POZN, please copy and paste the sample of the strong letters for many of us to make a copy and forward that message the POZN top managements to let them know we are not happy with them in handling the company from the free fall like hell. Don't forget to include the e-mail address of those top management guys.

Everyone, it takes only few minutes to copy and paste to the e-mail and send the messages to POZN, so they can not ignore the ideas/expressions from the shareholders. That's all we (shareholders) can do to stop loss from invest money into this dog.

      Thank you very much,

      • Feel free to add or remove content. You can send it to the CFO, Bill Hodges. bhodges@pozen.com

I am a concerned shareholder of POZEN. Despite receiving good news over the Treximet patents, the stock price has continued to decline. It is now trading far below any conceivable fair value, yet there has been no action on the part of the Company. The Street seems to have lost confidence or an understanding in the value of POZEN.

As a shareholder, I believe the strongest course of action would be to institute a stock buyback program. POZEN is undoubtedly worth much more than $3 per share in cash and Treximet/VIMOVO royalties alone, so a buyback greatly enhances shareholder value.

Please take my suggestion to the Board of Directors.

      • Please post the email, I will write to mgt.

        thank u
