Exactly, if Soligenix is serious, it would do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to get off the OTC to the Nasdaq. No one I know who manages money for a living, would even think of buying an bulletin board stock. This is generally a fact.
Surely one of their partners like Sigma Tau could easily pony up $500K or whatever it costs to get an appropriate listing. They would get that investment back in spades with the heightened visibility and higher stock price.(as you suggest) The "PR market wires" for a Nasdaq stock for just the NIH Ricin news would probably propel this north of $1. So as a result, since they are not serious about getting an appropriate listing, i'm not serious about making a serious investment, instead, it's small wager of virtually no consequence to me.
