I'm a very busy professional as well, my time on this board is a welcome break from dealing with clients.
If you follow the timing of my posts, you will notice that there are days when I am busy and don't post at all.
Then when I get a chance to relax, kick back and survey the damage, I usually check out what is happening with my favorite investment.
Suspect it is approximately the same situation for the doc. -
Some of us take time off. We are not seeing patients every minute of every day.

My advice (that I am certain you don't want) is not to criticize anyone. The Doc has previously provided us with good information. Let us be happy he is willing to post on this board.
