Perhaps it could!
One day pretty soon we shall see the buyout offer OR a breakout to the upside. One cannot ascertian whether the specialist here is STILL moving this stock around to recover his own lost dollars from before July 2002, or whether a couple big players are working in concert to manhandle the stock (for a buyout, perhaps).
But, fair value keeps inching up ahead of the pps. Can you hold it for me for a couple weeks?
