Looks like this person had no problems with BIIB, just like the other 3000 people who are using TY.

I actually had no problems at all with my insurance company. Once the neuro's office and the insurance company exchanged information, it was very easy to get things resolved. The only thing that was needed was the name of the specialty pharmacy that my insurance company used in order to have the drug shipped directly to the infusion lab at the neurologist office. I had no direct contact with customer service at Biogen. Perhaps my insurance company had some conversations with them but apparently all went very well. It was a very smooth and quick process.
