    Mis-diagnosed 3 out of 3 patients?

Patient #1 was mis-diagnosed (SG Cowan CC).

Patient #2 was first suspected then confirmed but in my book, he was mis-diagnosed too.

Patient #3 was also mis-diagnosed as brain turmor.

That's 3 out of 3! Where did these MDs get their licences from? From the Congo School of Voodoo Medicine?? And Ty is taking the blames for all these incompetent monkeys???

If they were 3 for 3 on the wrong side before, what makes BIIB/ELN think that they are right about PML this time around???

They still don't have scientific link that connects Ty to PML....a bloody fact.

    • They where mis-diagnosed because no one suspected Elan had given them a drug with such toxic results. Most neurologists see ONE case of PML in their lifetime. If T makes it back on the marlet that number will be sure to increase.

    • Hello teadowner,
I think only patient number one was misdiagnosed. Patient number three IMHO was diagnosed correctly in the original diagnosis to have a brain tumor. In 2003 patient #3 was diagnosed with a brain tumor which was also confirmed by the pathology report. I can't see how two years after the patient died anyone can make a better diagnosis and reverse the original diagnosis. Did they take some new tissue samples two years after death and come up with a new pathology report?--Hell NO! This has to be explained. The NEW diagnosis I believe is just "hand waving" BS or trying to "err on the side of caution". I am very disappointed in this BS.

      Best Regards,

      Simon
