as u may know,folks,that pathetic co wants to talk to big shareholders and that means jnj.if i am not mistaken jnj paid 1.5 bln for 18%stake,which makes 100% at 8.3bln,plus future royalties(at 12% annualy it is more than 100 mln a year considering sales already more than 1bln),plus bunch of other collaborations(some promising).this pharma is nuts and an offer should of been rejected on the spot.it is gotta be close to double of current
