Just decided not to tender my shares. I'm so underwater I might as well roll the dice.
The options are not appealing.
Anyone have any thoughts on this? I am a long term shareholder who bought before all the bad news came out years ago...hence..I'm very long.
I meant selling shares currently (as a shareholder) at less than 13$ is stupid : not only are they worth more (debatable), but it seems easy to up to PPS now and have Martin keep his word (ie buy back at 13$). What happens, if Royal (or some one else) doesn't come back with a higher bid, is another question. I but am offering a first part of my shares at 13$, not below.
Ed - I.ve just read all your posts re Elan. Spot on in your assesment since they spun of the new company. Where goes the SP from here if Royalty do not up the bid. I was delighted that Elan did not entertain them but feel they may come back with a higher bid. Your opinion would be appreciated.
