the dilution to shares outstanding would be roughly 12%. And yes the shares are supposed to be an "incentive" for the next few years. BUT you and I need to set the incentive not the good old boys net work operating out of Durango. In other words the incentive threshold is usually set low enough to be made. I think the problem rmcf is having is that other than the outstanding 2005 options all the other years options are underwater. what mgmnt needs to do is get the dang share price up over $15. Maybe they are afraid they can't do it. As for attracting and keeping new or current "bored" members and other employees I can point to 3 that are over 70, have been there for years and should be discharged. SO what the heck "new" people are they talking about? A laugher...except for the 12% dilutive effect.....
ps corporate insiders own qbout 19% of the shares. So unless Hodges votes no we other shareholders will be diluted and disillusioned.
