So where did I put the proceeds of the 60K IDSY shares I sold? CLCT. They grade rare coins and baseball cards. Pay 11% dividend.
Stock was $18 about 1 year ago. Fell to just over $9 as coin submissions fell off. Instituted a 10%-20% price increase Jan 1. Coin submissions are now at a record pace. They tend to track US Mint production figures which are also at a record pace. Everyone thought they would eliminate the dividend this year. Short interest went from 100K to 700K+ since October. Dividend has been maintained. Business is booming. 600K+ shorts are now under water
Low float (8.1M total shares, insiders own about 3M shares). This made a 5 month high today (dividend adjusted). Profitable. #1 in their business segments. 50% market share in coins. 75% share in baseball cards.
The contra argument is they aren't earning the dividend. That is backward looking. The company displays on a daily basis their current backlog and number of coins and cards certified. They have been at a record pace since Jan 1. The coin market is booming. Their backlog is 2-3 months when it should be days. Issues like Cyprus only send more people in precious metals and tangible investments. And the best part is their management is first rate. Fantastic even. Take a look
Posting off-topic? Thanks again for proving to everyone what a real LOSER you are. Did you forget - I OWN YOU! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA? CAR closed above 32 today. Still think I bought at the high - 21.70.
Why are you posting about CLCT on the IDSY board? For someone who likes to make rules, shouldn't there be a rule about posting off-topic. Is it Ok if I start posting on the CLCT board? I'm sure there are those on the CLCT board who would love to know what a real LOSER you are. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
