If I got this right - more dilution

Middle of september about 100000 shares issued to management. now if you are a shareholder you sure aren't feeling the love. How about no new shares issued since your haven't grown the company, how about a reduction in the dividend How about spending some money in some growth initiatives instead of milking the company for the last dime. its getting to the point where good will is making up more and more of the balance sheet.

    • I believe it is over for this company to continue as is. The book market has changed so radically that a company such as CRRC is losing its relevance in the market place. Firt it was the ascension of e-books, now it is the same with digital press technology coupled with digital store fronts. Anybody can and is making books with a cost structure much lower than CRRC. I don't see this company making acquisitions, more than likely it will be acquired. The market cap is minimal and at this point represents primarily good will on the books.
