for $350 million and an assumption of debt. If I can get the stock down to a market cap of $100 million or less, I will buy the company at that price, lay off 90% of the workers, and offer to sell the remaining assets to whomever might be interested.
It's easy. For the right price, you can sell off the remaining assets, along with portions of the outstanding debt. Yes the debt is high; but it's not insurmountable if digested by potential buyers in pieces.
