A real no-brainer. Collect the 3.4 percent dividend, and wait for the buy-out. I believe this company will be taken over at some point. At the current market-cap, the stock is just too cheap. Just my opinion.
Right, not a matter of IF, but WHEN on takeover. Meanwhile, JAMN will have its day when they start announcing accelerating revenues, maybe income in 2-3 yrs from now. Takes a while to make a company...
GMCR makes a lot of money, JVA doesn't. What advantage would owning JVA confer on GMCR? To get coffee? Does GM need to buy a steel factory to supply them or do they shop their order to a low-cost supplier? Does AAPL make their own parts?
And how does being a supplier to GMCR make them a 'partner'? Is Levi Jeans a partner of WalMart or a supplier?
You say it's 'in the bag'. Really? When? I've shorted JVA multiple times in the past couple of years and I've been hearing this the entire time from you mssg bd longs. I guess it doesn't hurt to repeat it over and over and over . . . . .
