As a general rule. When an offering takes place such as the last one at .50. Are they not expected to hold for at least six months before selling? If that's the case (and it's been six months) would it not make sense for some of them to want to take profit now? Could that be a good part of the selling we are seeing?
If so. Is not our hand as long investors just getting stronger as we lose those that bought into the offering so cheap? Seems to me that COULD be the case here. At least part of it.
I believe the .65 warrants were exercisable immediately, at the owner's option. If we are seeing some warrants being exercised, the PPS shouldn't drop very much since the owners will want to buy and sell little by little to maintain the level.
So frustrating sometimes. I need a class or something as to just how all this works. I don't understand how options, warrants and such affect the stock price and overall big picture. Frustrating. I'm going to have to dig in and learn more about it all somehow.
