I have held this stock for a while and was waiting for a pop to dump it. I own a couple of busy boutiques and was at ASR last fall buying for the stores. We wanted to buy Roxy for our store. Only one problem...the idiots would not show us the line because we hadn't made an appointment before the show. We even asked to speak to the person managing the booth and she just wouldn't allow us to see the line. Here we were, with 10's of 1000's of dollars to spend but they weren't willing to accept a new customer. What assholes! That's OK though, we just spent the money on Billabong and Element and a few other lines just as good as Roxy. ZQK passed on making a lot of money over the coming years just for being snotty. Screw 'em.
I own BBG.AX which is trading at all time highs, thanks in part to our business, which ZQK wouldn't deign to accept. Go Billabong!
who the f#$@$ cares about your stupid cat like argument, you silly witch...do u think we will sell are shares because they dont see you as a good subject to house their wares????ans by your crybaby snickering i can see their reasons....go away and forget it and buy elsewhere!!!!!!!
I did speak to the sales manager and she absolutely wouldn't allow us any time to see the line. As a walk-up I never expect an immediate showing, but they told me flat out they would not let me in under any circumstances. At that point I even told her I was a stockholder in the company and that I didn't think that it was good business to treat a customer that way and she just said regardless, I wasn't going to see the line at ASR...period.

AND that's the same as they did with me and my stores many years ago at an Atlantic City show I've owned ZQK going on 18 or so years and never had a problem IF you had all those 10's of thousands you wanted to spend ,as a businessman you don't make an appointment to see your salesperson??
As I said, we were new customers (or would have been). Their response was "we'll have a rep come see you" but of course it often takes months for a rep to actually show up, too late for making orders for '06.
The fact is they simply rejected new business for no reason other than they were self-important snots.
