thats why they're called warrants not shares, and that is their function.

Re the dilutive effects of warrants issued, to the extent they go in the money, they are included in fully diluted shares, so we can file that genius under the "no s Sherlock" tab.

As for the shares underlying exercised call options coming from the existing float, are you a fourth grader in a special stock picking class or what?

Here's news for you: the market is going higher, much. As for this stock? The secondary team is cranking it up in hopes they can get the $30m piece done above $4.50 so the private equity guys doing the 3 a 9 exchange don't look like Goofy when he makes mistakes.
