They plan to issue new equity, as mentioned in the last. JPMorgan will most likely be the one handling the stock to equity conversion. Good news is, David Flynn wants shareholders to buy him a new yaht.
You seem like a smart investor, so help me out here. I have been through last four earning releases and .. the "expected diluted shares outstanding" seems pretty consistent. How did you come up with "pre announced a 15- 20% increase in net share holder equity of around 110 million shares or more."?

This is why I love the market, people who have no clue, they don't read quarters or perhaps understand them, they don't have memories beyond 1-2 weeks, they don't look at financials, they don't have a technical understanding of charts or the fundamentals of how the market really works. Why have all the fio -buy,sell hold -blogs failed to adress the info-fact that the FIO devises are being reused? The life of the devices are longer than expected means greater value. Therefore, the market should be larger which counters the competittion concerns (if true).
