Why do you need a line of credit you're going to be acquired?
The long term line of credit is their way of screwing all of us who are long this stock. Basically they have just stuck us in the rear end without kissing us with this tactic. Wait until Monday, watch your investment fall through the floor.
someone who gets it. This is a big red "DONT BUY US" flag.
Idiots like josbrown thinking this is to pay off "M&A" fees cause the deals announced and ready to go!
M&A advisor fees. Think I'm kidding? Google it. Remember, it's a line of credit, doesn't mean they've used any of it.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
rightttt.. take open up a line of credit to pay for M&A fees when u have 250 mil in cash... how stupid are you
its a warning to seagate. dont try to buy us out or we are going to poison ourselves with debt
don't get it but i hope we find out soon and what it could be for
its obvious poison pill... u take on sudden debt to ward off takeovers
Good question. Why does a company with 240 million cash and no debt need to borrow? I hope they don't get some hair brained idea to acquire someone so they don't get acquired. Very strange.
