Impact Wrestling' Hits The Road
Publish date: Feb 11, 2013
TNA Entertainment is taking “Impact Wrestling” on the road, in a new strategy that will see the show filmed live at cities across the U.S.
For the last two years the show was filmed on a soundstage at Universal Studios Orlando, but TNA wants to expand the brand’s reach by traveling the country for tapings.
The first live show will be filmed in Chicago at the Sears Centre Arena March 14.
Makes no difference to the WWE , Dixie Carter and her investors will soon realize how expensive it is to build a stage and to bring the show on the road. If this does not work the invite is still open to return to Orlando. Their PPV draw is not good and with the WWE booking venues around and in similar venues to TNA I will be watching the gate revenue. Their is one thing to fill a building but it is totally different to fill a building with actual paying customers. The WWE pays people as seat fillers to but to what extent that TNA does shall be seen.
