I agree with your reading and don't understand the price action of the stock. The dividend is up over 400% in a year and half. Could be just the gloomy outlook for the economy makes this loan portfolio too risky at this time. Beats me.
The price action clearly shows that there are lots of weak holders being shaken out of their position.
An analysis of the potential future income presented earlier forecasts a steadily increasing dividend. The rising dividend should take care of the lawsuite. This depends of course on what happens in DC.
Both parties have had their chance and both have messed things up and it will be up to the next Administration to rescue us. If not then a new party will come to the fore, but unfortunately that will take time which we do not have to get us moving.
