Anyone know why CFO has sold 90% of his shares over past 18 months?
They sold because the only people who would buy this are misguided fools and they know its been manipulated up. Just because they listen to the Fools who get paid a penny a read on Motley. Motley owner owns shares and is a pumpster, because he only publishes positive articles. I would not be surprised if this is below 450 by end of next month. Insiders have knowledge and sell/buy accordingly. Truth is in where the stocks been and were they know its going. If the stock is such a great value, you would see them all buying it up. Don't be a fool.
Insiders at ISRG were not buying when it was $40, did it mean that it was not going higher or that they thought it wasn't going higher? No, it's just that insiders at tech growth companies who get a significant portion of their compensation in options have no need to be buying stock. On the contrary, they are usually over allocated towards their own company and need to diversify. It's just folly to suggest that lack of insider buying is a sign of anything.
The only insiders at MSFT who bought stock in the 80s were new hires who didn't have a ton of options. Anyone who was in early had plenty of options and no need to be buying stock. Bill Gates got to be the richest man in the world and probably never bought a share of MSFT. Again, he was doing the opposite, he was selling all the way up, just as ISRG insiders have done. Take your own advice and don't be a fool.
Look at the history or even discussion on this board. People like you were saying the same thing when insiders were selling at MUCH LOWER LEVELS.
