Hey Herbie Greenberg - where are you hiding?

Hey Herbie where have all the lawyers gone??
All those phoney cases have died along with Fat Freddie - your favourite hero - remember him he died four years after his robotic surgery and his widow was still claiming damages.

Just another of your "Oh! isn't it awful stories"

You will have to dream up some more horror stories to keep the pot boiling for the shorties you have inspired

But Herbie you should spare a thought for all of those idiots who have followed your advice and shorted this stock. They are about to lose their shirts and houses - and its all your fault.

I wonder if he read the new legitimate paper on the benefits of minimally invasive robotic prostatectomy? I wonder why he didn't publish a follow up on the court case about Fred? I wonder why he didn't talk about the benefits of Surgeons able to develop and hone their skill on the the Da Vinci simulator before operating on real persons which standard surgeons have to develop on real persons as they leave med schools? Why not compare their results vs Da Vinci?

I wonder what his relatives would choose, a novice learning his skill on their mother or father or son or daughter or ....on a virtual person as the Da Vinci simulator enables and gives feed back --real time? At $2500 extra per surgery (upfront operating room costs, actual total costs are savings--check out Swedens decision to go with the Da Vinci because they include recuperation costs like workman's compensation and lost tax revenues for person unable to work) would he choose to have a surgeon learn how to avoid "mistakes" on his wife?

      Please respond Herb Greenberg.

      Sincerely GSA
