Employees will wakeup after it is all taken away. Seen it in several companies where employees wait until its to late to take action.
Sounds like the current execs went to the same school, or had the same coaches, as American Airlines execs.
Does anyone know how much of the current earnings are coming from emplyees concessions (voluntary or involuntary) vs real earnings growth. I could not locate it anywhere with the most recent SEC filings. I suspect when one digs a little deeper that earnings gains of around 50% are coming from employees.
