    Any news?

Hi. Anybody has some news about RVP vs BD case and parallel negotiation? Can we expect something good on Monday?
All the best to all longs in New Year and few good investment shots!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Possible that settlement could occur but no one on this board would have any info on that. While anything can happen I think the likelihood is that absent settlement, the result of Monday's hearing will be confirmation of the original jury verdict by the judge, who will then triple the verdict to @340MM and tack on a hefty amount in interest and legal fees (probably a combined amount of @60MM. that would be an excellent income. As far as what happens to stock price, I think it will get a nice pop but by how much is anybody's guess. This is somewhat of an unusual set of circumstances given the tiny size and poor performance of RVP relative to these large legal judgements. The one small possibility is if the judge hits BD up with a sizeable disgorgement penalty. That would be great but I wouldn't count on it.

      • Kerry, thanks on info. As was written on this board, I think hearing will be at Tuesday. Hope will get some news tomorrow. Anyhow, RVP will have enough money and better market possibilities after this case. If your calculations are correct (I think they are) then we will see around 10$ pps. Let's see ..

        Sentiment: Strong Buy
