authorization to sell shares below NAV
Well, it's official. GAIN can now sell shares below NAV for the next year. Management has been fighting for this for quite some time. I would expect a share offering in the near future at a significant discount to the current price. That means longs will get hit with a 1-2 punch: they will get diluted and they will see the price get whacked because institutional investors will require a discount in order to buy the new shares.
