Completely agree....who says the economy is getting better? The Fed? The Obama Admin? The Media?? Do your own DD and you'll quickly realize many people have stopped paying their mortgage or can't refi, so they're going to stop soooner or later. LOL...cracks me up. This is a short term bounce. If not, then this economy and market is being built again on a giant sandcastle....which will sooner or later collapse.
