We need another bubble of some sort to restore a sense of false-prosperity to American investors so they can fuel another false recovery so we can watch the bubble pop and start blowing another one.
Either that or people are going to have to go back to work earning an honest living day in, day out. But that isn't likely to happen so keep an eye open for the next great bubble.
