After reading your post, I checked out rxlist.com for dosage recommendations for Taxol. They stated that 135 or 175 mg/m2 be administered every three weeks for cancer treatment.
As I recall from here somewhere, the dose on a stent is a few micrograms so I believe your comment A) in your post is an outright lie.
As for your point B), I could see the question rise about long term data on polymer breakdown releasing the remaining drug but your statement that the remaining Taxol is 20X the theraputic dose is in conflict with the web site I mentioned. Again, I believe you lied.
From now on, I will have the opinion that you are spewing whatever you can to frighten people about a seemingly good product. You must work for JNJ, GDT, or ABT.
