Aslan... the methodology you describe is the same you provided earlier, and it�s still wrong. What you describe simply isn�t the way polymeric diffusion-controlled release works. Both Cypher and Taxus employ classic �monolithic� systems. I guess you didn�t read any of the technical references, did you.
Unless you�re a member of JNJ IP team, I doubt you would know the status. You can believe JNJ is taking it very seriously, especially since the 1988 patent failed to get an injunction, and competitors have taken a license to the BSX coating IP.
