I have mentioned this before--I made sales calls on BSX, MDT and STJ numerous times in Minnesota and sold them instrumentaion they use to design, test and manufacture their devices. While all three are very diligent in adhering to FDA rules, I was always most impressed with Boston Scientific who took FDA regulations like 21CFR part 11 more seriously than their competition. So I still think this latest episode is an unfortunate abberation and they will be OK and the stock will rise.
