If they are burning through cash at such a high rate then how can it be from the Q2 results they had aproximately 150 millin cash on hand to at the end of Q3 they have 276 million cash on hand. Also while doing this increase in cash on hand they also bought 30 million shares back last quarter.
Also you really think that Seeking alpha method of calculating Free cash Flow is so far off? By adding in the things that you want to, BSX is going into the negative? Really When according to the seeking alpha article they are at 12.4 percent. Anything greater then 5 is considered cash cow.
