It appears, the chance of JNJ buying BSX may have increased substantially after the recent announcement of Bill Walden retiring in April. Walden would not have looked good going after BSX for the second time. I bet JNJ is replacing him just to get a second chance at acquiring BSX (BSX is THAT good!). They are actually willing to sacrifice Walden to get BSX!
Dude, what were your Ecstasy pills spiked with? BSX is a miniscule 7 billion dollar company with shrinking revenues, and JNJ is currently in the process of acquiring Synthes for 20 billion dollars. JNJ has bigger and better things to acquire for driving innovation and growth, not pipsqueak loser companies like BSuX.
