Welcome aboard, Mike. I see part of your strategy is investment in other companies. The past CEO said that debt incurred to buy these companies was manageable, yet the analysts say that debt is part of the reason that our stock is at $5. BSC's history on buyouts is beyond pathetic. I've been in business over 33 years and I have to say that BSC management decisions on buying companies is probably the worst in the history of the industrialized world. I say that in all seriousness. Classes should be taught at St. Thomas or Harvard Business School on these poor decisions. It would be beneficial to revisit some of these past purchases, see who was involved, what was paid and what was acually gained. Assure that those involved in bad decisions in the past are either demoted or let go and PLEASE do not let them continue their work on potential takeovers. Management level and above needs to be held accountable going forward - if you committ to that, you will surely succeed.
