Look is still a pretty healthy company, with low debt and a lot of cash. thought the MSN contract accounts for 65% revenue of Look,Look still have other many customers. Plus new contracts or partners may come. MSN may also replace the current contract with a much smaller one, since it may still need some of the look's service after 2003. We also can not eliminate the possibility that MSN may buy Look at a cheaoer price than they have to before the contract termination if they do want to buy look. It is hard to see how MSN would reley on the service from its rival, yahoo. Also it would be cheaper and faster to build up its own search engine through merge than building one by itself.
