LOOK's horrible Q1 performance followed by the cowardly conference call in which management refused to take questions from callers will surely push the stock to a new 52 week low tomorrow. Anyone care to guess how low we will go?
At least low 80 cent range, maybe lower.
Dexmier almost bit the head off the single analyst they allowed on the call when he asked the question of whether we should expect revenues to grow quarter over quarter. It was a fair question since LOOK was reporting the lowest revenue quarter in company history. The analyst was essentially scolded and told to look to Q3 as when the company would start to grow revenue again. How many shareholders will be willing to hold on to their stock when they know Dexmier is calling the shots? If you think he has been a Failure at Looksmart, you should take a closer look at his resume. He has been at Looksmart longer than any other position, no way he will go quietly.
The marketplace has priced LOOK at a 30% discount to its cash for awhile now - hard to believe with this Q report that we will be able to hold up that high - probably more like a 40-50% discount to cash going forward, or at least as long as Dexmier is at the helm.
One more thing - for other readers of this thread, when this guy posts outright lies and fabrications, look to the end of the false statement to see "i feel" or "in my opinion", which lets you know that the guy is totally making it up but trying to cover his backside for any legal liability. You should also know that he frequently has to change his Yahoo ID because they kick him off the boards for the garbage he posts here. Sometimes the "ignore" feature isn't enough I guess
I get it - you are saying that the company has made a major accounting change - can you link me to the filing or PR where they disclosed that to shareholders?
Your delusional posts are always entertaining. Why revenue though - why not post that they actually booked $10m or so in profits? Better yet, why not chastise me for saying that the stocks is trading below $1, when in your mind, the stock is hitting new highs each day and trading over $100 per share.
