    Ares debt going up 50% this year?

    I see that they have $800+ million in debt, and a negative cash flow of $400+ million.

    I'm not sure why this thing is giving a dividend of $1.60 a share per year. Where is the money coming from?

    Why is this a good investment?

    How are they planning to become profitable?
