Playbook makes iPad look like the dung that it is.

Check out the heaps of videos now on Youtube.

Amazing device. Will sell very well.

Only folks in denial here are the shorts. RIM will grow another 40% plus again in their fiscal 2012.

    • Keep dreaming. This stock should be around 10.75 to 13.50 next quarter. They will need to layoff personnel to stay afloat. BBX will be delayed again.

    • <iPad 2 will have 2 with retina display and be released months before Playbook.>

iPad2 is vapourware! It will never be released! It will exhibit the true meaning of DOA!

Remember you heard it here first! But feekl free to tell your AAPL board friends about it if they will accept you on their board!

Pray that it is never released because if it is, iPad2 will be the downfall of AAPL!

    • yawn.

    • Just wait this week when Verizon opens the gate to the iPhone. It's all over for the crackberry, they have more orders filled then they can handle.

    • <iPad has a screen twice the size of the PLAYbook. A showmanship of nothing new here>

ya, but Playbook does flash, which you have told this board over and over again is a battery pig. Please stop trying to frame your distortion - you are not very good at it.

< iPad can multitask using apps that you WANT to multitask with>

Sorry Sport, iPad does not multitask.

<With Apple TV and AirPlay, no HDMI connection needed. The Joys of Ecosystem>

reach into your pocket again, and again, and again. Might as well not buy anything.

<iPad 2 will have 2 with retina display and be released months before Playbook>

wanna make another bet you can't win?

<Playbook is a big phone. iPad is an appliance>

iPad is a big iPod touch and overpriced, Sport.

Tlfjgregory, a blip in the human race.

    • <iPad has 2 batteries. Playbook will have one, and still last as long, or longer. A showmanship of engineering.>

iPad has a screen twice the size of the PLAYbook. A showmanship of nothing new here.

<iPad has no camera's. Playbook has 2. Apple will unfortunately have to COPY this innovation.>

iPad 2 will have 2 with retina display and be released months before Playbook.

<iPad can only task switch. Playbook can multitask with ease.>

Multitasking on a tiny screen is useless. iPad can multitask using apps that you WANT to multitask with.

      <iPad doesn't have HDMI out. Playbook does.>

With Apple TV and AirPlay, no HDMI connection needed. The Joys of Ecosystem.

<iPad IOS was cracked before it was even released and is the most easily cracked OS in the world. QNX is ROCK solid.>

Until you connect it to the internet.

      <iPad can't run Flash. Playbook can.>

Not anymore. Although I personally can do without the millions of Flash banner ads that slow loading and drain batteries.

      <iPad isn't portable. Playbook is.>

Playbook is a big phone. iPad is an appliance.

<iPad has 3000 fart apps. Playbook does not.>

And over 347,000 useful apps. Playbook has Facebook.

<Gregory loves Apple, yet spends all day trying to figure out whats wrong with RIM. >

It took me 3 seconds to realize that Research In Motionless was a one-trick pony that lost its only trick.

Now RIM has to resort to copying Microsoft's strategy of copying Apple.

RIM and Palm. Blips in the tech world.

      May they both RIP.

    • Excellent synopsis of the the Playbook and iPad - anyone with half a brain outside of the "field of distortion" should be able to see the advantages of the Playbook over the toy iPad..

<Gregory loves Apple, yet spends all day trying to figure out whats wrong with RIM. Odd way to invest ones time.>>

As I have said in the past on several occsions, Gregory is sadly tied to the RIMM board because he made the terrible mistake of massively shorting RIMM at $43.00 !!! And, to make matters worse, he executed a paper trade of buy AAPL at $30.00 !!!! So, he can't go to the AAPL board, and he can't leave the RIMM board!

Like AAPL, he is cornered by RIMM - QED!

he has no other board to go to!

    • He really should spend more time over on the Apple board, but we'd miss his comic relief.

    • Here are the real facts:

iPad has 2 batteries. Playbook will have one, and still last as long, or longer. A showmanship of engineering.

iPad has no camera's. Playbook has 2. Apple will unfortunately have to COPY this innovation.

iPad can only task switch. Playbook can multitask with ease.

iPad doesn't have HDMI out. Playbook does.

iPad IOS was cracked before it was even released and is the most easily cracked OS in the world. QNX is ROCK solid.

iPad can't run Flash. Playbook can.

      iPad isn't portable. Playbook is.

iPad has 3000 fart apps. Playbook does not.

Gregory loves Apple, yet spends all day trying to figure out whats wrong with RIM. Odd way to invest ones time.

    • <Actually it's Research in Motion, not "Motionless".>

Wouldn't know it by the super-speed that Playbook is getting to market.

<And the product is far superior to the toy that Apple has produced>

That "toy" is being implemented in hospitals, businesses and many other industries by the millions.

<I suppose that is that advantage of being later to the game: you get to analyse the other's weaknesses. It is a chess game of sorts.>

Like adding crash-pone, battery hog Flash?
      Like making a screen smaller?

Nope. You just proved that It's Research In Motionless.
