RIM may split in two; handsets and messaging software
The newspaper said the handset division may be broken off and sold to buyers, potentially Facebook or Amazon. Separately the messaging division may be interesting to Apple or Google. A third option suggested by the report sources would be selling off a large stake of RIM, as it is now, to a large technology company such as Microsoft.
By itself QNX is a huge business and will make the company Billions in the auto industry. Now we will all see the true value of RIM come out. JPM is going to make sure they get top dollar because of the fees it will receive.

Billions? When you just make crap up, that a 3rd grader can easily disprove, you lose all credibility. QNX might have a very few percent of a market which in total is much less than "billions". The entire QNX property is worth less than the $200M that RIM recently paid for it.
WindRiver is far and away the #1 RTOS vendor. Intel owns WindRiver, which provides certainty.
"It attained more than 50 percent of total market revenue for global shipments of Linux and related services, and Wind River's percent of total market revenue was double that of the closest competitor in both RTOS and Linux categories."
The entire market is less than a billion. QNX is an insignificant player there. Next lie, please.
