You know maybe the reason these are good boards is that you probably don't have a bunch of those stupid troll shorts there. The reason would be a short would be on the hook for some huge dividend payments, so not much short action.
In other words, its the trolls that ruin these boards a lot more than pumpers.
Just a theory.
agree there are some #$%$ on here mostly bears for sure. big tough guys hiding behind computers with name calling ect. The stock is hard to read, its a pure gamble right now with huge rewards if they get the marketing right. Good luck.
Probably none that get many posts. I read this board mostly for amusement. One and a while I toss in a low level remark or two if one goes overboard.
I owe 20+ stocks, and probably about 25% of the boards are solid. Many of them are mortgage REITs for some reason.
We seem to have a standoff between an incredible number of trolls (note their absence on an up day), and a smaller but loud group of pumpers I'm more negative on the trolls just because I can't see much constructive motivation on posting on a stock you don't like over and over, versus saying your piece and moving on. I remember a boob (jksouth) who said a week ago he was out and moving on, then just kept on posting drivel. Singhlion is a goofball on many boards, Another poster seems to post like "ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo".
However to be fair, a long called "melodias" likes to repeat each of his light weight posts about 3 times. We also have more than a few Canada booster types as well.
There are other boards for major stocks like CSCO and GM that became heavily political.
Then we have people like "wes weber" who seem to want to pick all 7 horses to win a 7 horse rate under the theory that at least one of the 7 posts will be correct.
